Welcome to Focus Forward Yoga

Liz discovered DDP Yoga after more than a decade of suffering chronic knee pain and watching helplessly as the weight piled on. DDP Yoga fixed her knees, and helped her to lose weight and develop a strong, healthy body. Since then, she started this blog to inspire others who can benefit from DDP Yoga in the same way, and became the first female Level 1 Certified DDP Yoga instructor to bring DDP Yoga directly to people who need it. To help those who can’t afford DVDs or classes, Liz established the Hardship Fund which has brought the teamDDP community together to do what we do best: giving help to those who need it most!

Liz is is the first ever female DDP Yoga Level 1 instructor. She currently teaches at the Vernon Hills park district, and her classes are taught to all levels. Liz specializes in delivering classes focused at strengthening, healing, and increasing flexibility in every single body part.

DDP YOGA is a hybrid of the very best Power Yoga, Traditional Fitness, Sports Therapy and Dynamic Resistance have to offer, giving you the most effective fitness plan in existence today.  It is accessible to the injured, overweight, or extreme athlete because it can be modified for every fitness level, and will help you to get an amazing cardio workout while improving muscular strength, dramatically increasing flexibility and strengthening the core in a single workout… All with ZERO impact!

  1. Thank you for helping me out and giving me some pointers in our Skype session. The Skype session was great cause allowed you to see what I was doing and you were able to give me feedback to make the proper adjustments to get the most out of my workout. I’ll definitely apply what you taught me in my future workouts. Thanks again Liz.

    1. Hi Nonda, I don’t actually work for DDP Yoga, you might be better off contacting their customer service directly. I think they may be able to take paypal but I am not 100% sure. Can you send me an email to lizddpyoga@gmail.com so I can put you in touch with the right person?
