Liz discovered DDP Yoga after more than a decade of suffering chronic knee pain and watching helplessly as the weight piled on. DDP Yoga fixed her knees, and helped her to lose weight and develop a strong, healthy body. Since then, she started this blog to inspire others who can benefit from DDP Yoga in the same way, and became the first female Level 1 Certified DDP Yoga instructor to bring DDP Yoga directly to people who need it. To help those who can’t afford DVDs or classes, Liz established the Hardship Fund which has brought the teamDDP community together to do what we do best: giving help to those who need it most!
Liz is is the first ever female DDP Yoga Level 1 instructor. She currently teaches at the Vernon Hills park district, and her classes are taught to all levels. Liz specializes in delivering classes focused at strengthening, healing, and increasing flexibility in every single body part.
